I've paid via Credit Card, however my invoice shows unpaid. Why?
Our payment processor screens every payment against fraud. So when you make a payment, it doesn't get deposited to our account immediately. They complete their anti-fraud screening usually within a few minutes, however it may take up to 24 hours based on your risk score.
If you constantly face this issue, we suggest you to use PayPal to pay for your invoices since PayPal payments are deposited to our account almost immediately, therefore your invoices would be marked as paid quicker.
