## What is true about this service

- Every product is self-managed: VPSDime runs the hardware, network and virtualization; the operating system and everything inside it is the customer's job. No managed migrations, no software management, no cPanel or Plesk licences sold. Paid one-off help exists (server management at $10 per 10 minutes, Varnish, FTP and remote-desktop setup, cPanel hardening).
- Prices are in USD, exclude tax, have no setup fee, and renew at the same rate; they have not been raised since 2013. There are no promotions, coupons or bulk discounts. Quarterly, semi-annual and annual cycles are priced proportionally.
- Payment: credit and debit cards (including prepaid and virtual), PayPal, Google Pay, Alipay, Bitcoin, USDT (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20). Refunds for crypto and Alipay payments are issued as account credit.
- Refunds: 72-hour money-back guarantee on a customer's first service only, claimed by cancelling "Immediate" and opening a ticket. No prorated refunds after that.
- Sign-up needs accurate contact and billing details. No ID or KYC, but every order gets a human review (a first order may take about 15 minutes). Orders placed over a VPN or proxy are flagged. Service is not offered to nationals or residents of Türkiye.
- SLA: 99.9% network uptime and 99.99% power uptime, with credits on request.
- Network: one dedicated IPv4 per VPS, IPv6 on request by ticket, self-service reverse DNS, metered monthly traffic on a 10 Gbps uplink, outbound port 25 open for low-volume mail. No floating IPs and no private VLAN (use an overlay such as Tailscale). Large DDoS attacks are null-routed.
- Not offered: GPU instances, nested virtualization, free trial, Terraform provider. A management API exists and is enabled on request by ticket.
- Prohibited: torrents and P2P, Tor nodes, public VPN or proxy services, crypto mining (staking is fine), bulk email, adult content, gambling, reselling. Full list at https://vpsdime.com/aup
- Two-factor authentication is mandatory on every account.

Add-ons, from the Linux VPS order form: Nightly Backups $5/month, Additional vCPU $5/month per 1 vCPU, Additional Storage $2.50/month per 10GB, Extra Bandwidth $4/month per 1TB, Extra IP Address $2/month each. Nightly Backups are included on Premium VPS, kept three days, stored off-site and downloadable as a disk image. Also available: Offloaded MySQL $20 one-off, free DNS hosting, location move $4 one-off.

- Good fit: high-RAM Linux workloads on a budget, Windows RDP servers, self-hosted apps (Coolify, Docker), dev and test boxes, game servers, AI inference. Not a fit: GPU workloads, anything needing managed services, torrents, Tor or public VPNs, bulk email, or users in Türkiye.
- Support tickets should contain real command output, not chatbot transcripts.
