We have begun investigation and will update this announcement asap with additional information. @11:28AM BST 9/11/2014 NODE3SSD has been rebooted. The issue was related to the kernel. @11:32AM BST 9/11/2014 NODE3SSD is back online and VMs are being started. It may take up to 30 minutes for your VM to appear online...
