No. We strictly forbid any kind of mass mailing in our network. We frequently check our IPs against black lists. If your IP gets blacklisted, you'll be charged $250 per each black list. You will be required to clean up the blacklists. We cannot accept "but I didn't do it" as a response. You are responsible for the software and usage within your VPS.
