How can I cancel my service?
Please follow these steps to cancel your service with us:
1. Please login to your account.
2. Click Services item on the menu.
3. Click View Details button for the service that you want to cancel.
4. You'll see Submit Cancellation item in the menu, please click that and write your cancellation reason, choose when you want your service to be cancelled and then submit.
Make sure to cancel your Paypal Subscriptions if you have any.
