02/23/2025 06:36 - We received an update from the datacenter asking us for the server root password to configure new IP addresses, despite our own IP ranges announced in the LA market. This was about 2 1/2 hours ago, and we haven't heard from them since. We will post updates here as we have them.

02/23/2025 11:47 - Datacenter asked us for an LOA to announce the IP addresses we've had announced with them for decades. We've sent them a new LOA. We will post updates here as we have them.

02/23/2025 15.07 - IPs have been announced and gateways are pinging, but servers not accessible. We've asked the datacenter to re-engage. We will post updates here as we have them.

02/24/2025 15.49 - All LA services are back online as of this writing. If your LA service is still offline, please open a ticket and we'll investigate further.
