I agree, this company is legit, the service is awesome, the VPSes aren't oversold and it's really, really inexpensive. See my other trustpilot review of HostSailor -- they're the opposite, just horrible service and people. A note to VPSdime: Oracle has free-for-life VPS micro containers, but I like your responsiveness and polite service -- these things matter to me, and is the reason I've kept my personal sites here. It's the second month I am using the service and ran into a little trouble in setting up an issue the customer support replied within like 15 mins after a back and forth fixed my issue, highly recommend this service, amazing value and amazing customer service!

These guys are outstanding for value, quality and service. Recently one of their techs took his time to setup HTTPS on my site just because I had been a long time customer. My site is used for educational purposes and didn't really need the HTTPS enabled but the padlock next to the url has stopped repeated questions from kids! Anyways, these guys are highly recommended.

Excellent service! I moved to another vps! But it was the worst deal i ever made! i tried alot of vps and the only cheap and affordable was without a doubt vps dime! Going back to vpsdime and i am willing try out the premium vps!

What can i say... i'v been with this company from few years ago. There been some small issues with the billings but, at the end, I was properly refounded. Now I have up and running only 5 services with them. The support is not the quickest one but they do a very good job. For the money... IS A GREAT VPS PROVIDER.

You get a decent 4 core vCPU, 6 GB of DDR3 memory, 30 GB of space, and 2 TB of traffic with 10 GB/s uplink; for just 7 USD a month. At first, when I first visited their website I was thinking that it's too good to be true but turned out to be even better. Their customer service is amazing, you can expect a swift reply. Not only that if you ever lose access to your server or just somewhere not on your computer and you need to access your server ASAP, but their web interface control panel also lets you access to your server and run commands!

We've used VPSDime for around a year without any issues. Recently wanted to allow access for a new software integration and spent a couple hours dealing with networking issues. Emailed VPSDime's support to see if they had any idea (I thought it was a long shot but worth a try) and within 5 MINUTES they checked our issue and gave the iptables changes I needed to make! Unreal customer service.

Using their hosting services since a few days and I am completely amazed about their quality and services. VPS's are very reliable, enormous fast and easy to deploy [Ubuntu 18.04 Server]. The only thing I am wondering. Ordered 2 VPS's now in Seattle and Dallas and by searching on this website [IP Location Website] I am getting for both VPS ip locations the exact same hosting location. So I asked them how that's possible and hopefully I will get an answer soon. For sure I will update/add a notification with their response. At the moment I am using Virtual Private and Dedicated Servers from 33 different hosting companies and - really honestly - VPSDime is one of the fastest and most reliable. Based on my automated services monitoring. Really awesome hosting provider!

Simply perfect. Hosting our discord bot on a linux host with 18 gig ram, 4 core 3ghz. Low latency, database read/write speeds super fast for only $28. I would recommend to everyone.

Best Price for your Dime, highly recommended. I am getting the benefit of dealing with a small, responsive, very attentive company rather then dealing with endless chat bots and forums of large hosting companies and best of all much lower price. i am able to focus on my work rather then spending countless hours trying to figure how to run a basic service. yes, they are missing some services, but they do compliment this with stellar customer support.

I hired several hosts until I got to VPSDime. The service is fantastic and the staff is incredible. Super affordable price and customer service is extremely fast. I would recommend everyone to look at the company's Premium hosting as it includes backup policy. It has been a year i am using vpsdime, the best thing is thier support service, mostly i get a reply from them with in half an hour. For my other server like ovh, i have to wait around 24 hours and the asnwer is like that sorry, we cant help you. But vpsdime support is very good and fast

Honestly, I've been using many VPS providers over the last years, before I've settled on with VPSDIME. Initially, I was very sceptical, however, $7 isn't a big deal to check out. I signed up with them and VPSDIME became my instant favourite. There's nowhere someone can get 6GB Dedicated RAM and 4 core processors for $7. There's also plenty of bandwidth and traffic between VMs (intranet) is unmetered which is really helpful and unlike most other providers. Every time I raised a support ticket (and only for technical support with billing and invoice cycles and for queries), they were very promptly responded to, even at odd times. This is really incredible. PROS: - 4 core processor (hyperthreaded), but do note, the combined power will be close to the advertised GHz, not for a single core. - 6GB Dedicated RAM - Excellent IOPS and Networking to most locations. Honestly, that's a true 10gbps uplink so it's blazing fast. - Support ticket speeds. Do check out the actual measurements on VPSbenchmarks for VPSDime.

Hello everyone, I've gone through several hosting companies, including several world-famous ones, but they do not even have the quality, price and support that VPS Dime offers to customers. I recently had a problem with a host and they were most willing to adjust the server again. It was simply amazing. And the speed of the bracket is another fantastic point. They answer all questions in minutes. If you are looking for a robust hosting, with a good price, with incredible support, VPSDime is your best option, without a doubt !!!

i've been working with VPSdime for a couple of years now, their prices are affordable, their support team is extremely responsive and knows what they're doing, i've had a couple of downtimes but they're always on top of things and communicating to us what is happening. 10/10 this is the hosting service to use!

I'm hosting only one cheap VPS at VPSDime, but I can't say I've ever seen anything less than top-notch service there. Professionally I work in IT as well and I know that low-end customers don't always get the same stellar service as the 'big guys', but this isn't the case here. Excellent price, 100% uptime, 100% service. That's all I can say.

Support is very good and pricing excellent. Also other provider will shut you down when you go over limit , VPS Dime support politelly asked what the issue with our machine is and they even help solved it. Definetely would recommend!!! Support reacts VERY fast.

I've been using VPSDime's high memory VPSes for 4 years now as my main hosting solution and couldn't be happier. In that time, we've only faced a handful of tiny outages most of which we were notified ahead of time. For an unmanaged service, their support is exceptional! With most issues I faced, the ticket received a response within 30 minutes. The speed of the service is good overall, although of the 4 nodes we have they all have slightly different performance - not very consistent but they're all more than acceptable.

I have multiple servers running on both the High Memory VPS and Premium VPS. I've been using them for almost 3 years now. I first tried GoDaddy for my VPSes, but they were overpriced and very unreliable so that prompted me to find a new provider. I'm so glad that I found VPSDime. Just because they are cheap doesn't mean that you get what you pay for. Quite the contrary! I have yet to have one outage in the 3 years. Their customer service is extremely responsive. I usually get a response in under 15 minutes., I even recommended them to a client of mine who was paying $7000+ to host on AWS. I helped them migrate to better, faster, more reliable servers on VPSDime (AWS had 2 outages last year) for a total price point of $1500+. No more worries about incidental charges for bandwidth usage, emails, etc.. either that are always surprises with AWS. My client has never looked back.

The support staff at VPSDime continue to go above and beyond to help fix any issues I experience. It's easy for a company to provide a base level of support for an unmanaged solution, and tell the customer it's up to them to figure the rest out. VPSDime, however, shows they truly care about their clients by helping in any way they can. I am continuously impressed by their service and uptime, and recommend them to everyone I know looking for a VPS solution. Price - Service - Reliability: the three things that matter most with VPS hosting are the three things VPSDime focus on. I highly recommend them!

One of the best provider in the world. Server is not slow at all. Support is great, nothing to worry about. First i had a storage vps, now i changed for 6gb/4core for 7$. You dont need more.

I'm hosting a single VPS there for $7 a month, which understandably should put me at the bottom of the priority list. What I experienced - consistently over years - is the exact opposite. As a matter of fact I get things there that are unheard of for most other support departments - Support agents who actually know what they are doing - Extremely swift responses, not matter what time/day - Very professional & friendly, even if the customer (yep, that's me...) is in panic mode Long story short. These guys are brilliant. By any means host your server there, not somewhere else. I have only tried a few other hosters, for big projects and small, and nobody gets close in terms of support. Oh right... the machines. Not much to say. They run. Always. Unless I mess them up.

When it comes to linux, I experimented a lot and screwed up a lot. Their customer service reps were kind enough to guide me along the way and informed me of any mistakes I made, and helped me fix those mistakes. They were also kind enough to answer any queries I had. Their pricing is very fair and one of the cheapest in the market right now. Reliability? We haven't had any downtime with them in over 2 years!
