Due to the PDU problems in the current rack, the datacenter team is moving nlvz7highram1 and nlvz7highram2 nodes to a new rack to avoid power failure. The move should take approximately 30 minutes.

This is not related to us, this is not related to our servers, this is not related to our infrastructure, this is not related to your VPS in any way whatsoever. Please use public tools like ping.pe https://ping.pe/ to confirm your VPS is online and reachable from the remainder of planet earth, then contact your ISP for further assistance.

Saturday, 03 January 2026, 5:43 - We are currently investigating the reason nlvz7highram1 node in the Netherlands is down.

Update: The Server was restored within 15 minutes without further complications.

Following several network instabilities observed at this location over the past week, we have identified the network switch as the root cause and will proceed with an immediate replacement.

The expected service interruption during the switch replacement is approximately 15 minutes.

Los Angeles location outage

09:40 CST: Our Los Angeles servers went down due to a cooling failure in the DC. The DC staff is working with the engineers to resolve the problem and bring their network equipment online.

New Jersey DC Migration

We are currently migrating our New Jersey servers to a new DC in New Jersey as our current colocation provider is retiring their services.

The migration should take a few hours. Your VPS will be migrated to new hardware in the new location and will boot back up once it has been transferred.

02/23/2025 06:36 - We received an update from the datacenter asking us for the server root password to configure new IP addresses, despite our own IP ranges announced in the LA market. This was about 2 1/2 hours ago, and we haven't heard from them since. We will post updates here as we have them.

Urgent Update: Service Disruption in LAX Facilities Due to Cogent Network Issue

There is currently an ongoing connectivity issues impacting our LAX facilities, which we’ve traced to a critical network disruption involving Cogent Communications.

Please accept our sincere apologies  for the inconvenience this has caused.

Current Status:

- Our engineering team is working closely with Cogent Communication to resolve the disruption affecting both of our Los Angeles peering points. We’ve escalated the issue to Cogent’s senior technical team and are collaborating closely with their engineers to expedite a resolution. At this time, Cogent has confirmed the root cause and is prioritizing repairs.
