Can I reinstall my VPS's operating system?
If you want to reinstall your Linux distro on the client area, it will only take a few seconds before your VPS is ready for use again.
What kind of technical support do you provide?
Our service is self-managed. This means that we will not manage your VPS for you, but we provide support and handle issues in an "as best as possible" manner. We can offer technical assistance to resolve problems with your server in a courtesy basis.
Do you backup my VPS?
Storage VPS's are not backed up. If you need your Storage VPS backed up, you could order another one in another one of our locations and set up mirroring.
Is my VPS DDoS protected?
We are able to handle small-medium attacks, but for larger ones we have an automated null routing system. We recommend using Cloudflare because it's great at preventing DDoS attacks on websites!
What are the differences between Storage VPS and Linux VPS?
Storage VPS's are built for high storage capacity for your applications. They are not for to serve websites with high traffic. They are best to serve the files.
Can I run Docker on Storage VPS?
Docker is not supported on Storage VPS's. If you need to use Docker, please check our Linux VPS line.
Do you support NFS, FUSE, TUN/TAP, GRE?
Yes, Storage VPS storage supports these functions. Please contact us to have what you need enabled on your VPS.
Do you offer IPv6?
