09/01/2026 12:45 - We have been notified by our monitoring system that the server dalincusnvme1 has went offline. IPMI interface is also not responding. We have contacted the DC on site techs to investigate.

09/01/2026 13:05 - The DC techs confirmed that the server is powered off and would not power on.

09/01/2026 13:09 - We have instructed the DC techs to replace the PSUs of the server.

09/01/2026 13:21 - PSUs have been replaced and we were able to connect to the IPMI interface after a while. Unfortunately, the server would not power on and motherboard is returning voltage errors.

09/01/2026 13:50 - We have instructed the DC technicians to move the disks to a spare server.

09/01/2026 14:05 - The disks are moved but we are having trouble importing the RAID configuration to the new server. We have asked the DC techs to move the RAID controller from the old server to the new one.

09/01/2026 14:40 - We were able to import the disks on the old RAID controller and we are working on powering on the VPS's on the server.

09/01/2026 15:30 - We had to configure the networking on the new rack to bring the spare node online. This has caused a delay. Good news is all VPS's are back online now.
