If the issue you are facing is related to our own infrastructure, such as hardware or network then simply submit a ticket and we'll resolve your issue as soon as possible.

If it's related to something you install on your VPS, such as a web server or database server not working, we'll check it out for you and if it's straight forward to fix, we'll fix it for you.

And if it's not straight forward then we'll point you to the right direction and will always be there to answer your questions.

Please note that all the ticket replies regarding non infrasturcture issues are best-effort. However, we pride ourselves by handling your tickets in sub 15 minute replies with resolutions.
