Sunday, 20 March 2022, 19:56 - We are investigating connectivity issues to some Windows servers in Dallas. If your Windows server is in Dallas and not presently accessible, it is affected by this issue. We will update this announcement as we have more information.

Sunday, 20 March 2022, 20:43 - We have identified the problem on the rack and resolved it. The cause was a bad configuration on one of the top of the rack switches.

India connectivity problem

We've received reports about connectivity issues when the end user is connecting to our network in Dallas using some India network providers

We have contacted them and waiting for a reply.

Your servers are all up and working when connected from all other network providers.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to resolve the issue as it's not caused by us. Many other hosting providers are having the exact same issue.

This problem should be resolved by Airtel, BSNL, Tata service providers.

We are monitoring the things on our side and we will update you once we know more.

We are experiencing downtime in our Dallas Storage network. The datacenter has notified us saying that their core router has problems.

Friday, 04 February 2022, 17:04 - the datacenter says they're aware of this issue and fixing it now. 

Friday, 04 February 2022, 17:24 - datacenter claimed a PDU issue and needed to replace the PDU. Host nodes are booting now, along with VPS. Your VPS will boot automatically as soon as it can. Yes, the host nodes are in maintenance until things are stabilized. Please open a ticket if you shut down your VPS from inside the VPS and we can boot it manually. Otherwise, your VPS will boot automatically as soon as it can.

Monday, 24 January 2022, 18:49 - Los Angeles is coming back online. We are awaiting confirmation of stability from the datacenter. 

Monday, 24 January 2022, 18:53 - Everything is back online in Los Angeles. We'll leave the nodes in maintenance mode for a bit longer to ensure stability. Your VPS is running; if you've done something like shut it down from inside itself, let us know and we can manually start it for you while the nodes are in maintenance mode.

Airtel, BSNL, Tata in India connectivity problem

We are having connectivity issues when the end user is connecting to our network using Airtel, BSNL, Tata India.

We have contacted them and waiting for a reply.

Your VPS's are all up and working when connected from all other network providers.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to resolve the issue as it's not caused by us. Many other hosting providers are having the exact same issue.

This problem should be resolved by Airtel, BSNL, Tata service providers.

We are monitoring the things on our side and we will update you once we know more.

Paddle payment problems

One of our payment processors, Paddle is having technical difficulties for the past few hours. This is causing payments not getting completed or payment screen is not opening.

They have notified us that they are working on resolving the issue.

Thursday, 30 September 2021, 12:49 - The server has a hardware problem. We were able to bring it back online but we need to schedule a downtime to replace the faulty memory module.

Friday, 01 October 2021, 03:42 - The server has become unstable again and we have asked the datacenter to replace the faulty memory module. We will boot it back up once this is done.

Emergency maintenance for uklegvz7highram5

We are shutting uklegvz7highram5 down to replace a faulty memory stick which is causing instability issues. The DC techs will replace it and put the server back on as soon as possible.

Thursday, 27 May 2021, 22:37 Service should now be restored to the affected ISPs/carriers. We're still waiting for a final confirmation from the vendor and an RFO.

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 15:16 - We are investigating issues with dalvz7highram5 now. We will update this announcement as we have more information. 

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 15:28 - We have identified that there is a bad RAM stick which is causing the server to become unresponsive. We have notified our datacenter staff to locate the spare RAM stick to replace the bad one.

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 15:37 - We initiated a graceful shut down to avoid data corruption. The server is going down now for RAM stick replacement. 

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 15:59 - The server has finally powered off. The datacenter staff is replacing the faulty RAM stick now.

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 16:13 - The DC has replaced the faulty memory stick. The server is powering on now.

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 16:14 - Unfortunately, the server sees only some of the RAM now. We believe the issue is with the motherboard. We are having the DC to move the SSDs of this server to a new server.

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 16:36 - The server is back online on the new hardware. The VPS's are booting up. You should have access to your VPS in the next few minutes.
