Emergency maintenance for uklegvz7highram5

We are shutting uklegvz7highram5 down to replace a faulty memory stick which is causing instability issues. The DC techs will replace it and put the server back on as soon as possible.

Network issues in Dallas

Thursday, 27 May 2021, 21:40 We are currently experiencing problems with routing in our Dallas Network. Our engineers are working on it.
Thursday, 27 May 2021, 22:37 Service should now be restored to the affected ISPs/carriers. We're still waiting for a final confirmation from the vendor and an RFO.

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 15:16 - We are investigating issues with dalvz7highram5 now. We will update this announcement as we have more information. 

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 15:28 - We have identified that there is a bad RAM stick which is causing the server to become unresponsive. We have notified our datacenter staff to locate the spare RAM stick to replace the bad one.

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 15:37 - We initiated a graceful shut down to avoid data corruption. The server is going down now for RAM stick replacement. 

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 15:59 - The server has finally powered off. The datacenter staff is replacing the faulty RAM stick now.

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 16:13 - The DC has replaced the faulty memory stick. The server is powering on now.

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 16:14 - Unfortunately, the server sees only some of the RAM now. We believe the issue is with the motherboard. We are having the DC to move the SSDs of this server to a new server.

Tuesday, 30 March 2021, 16:36 - The server is back online on the new hardware. The VPS's are booting up. You should have access to your VPS in the next few minutes.

Thursday, 25 March 2021, 16:30 - We've received reports of heightened packet loss / loss of connectivity from customers in our UK (Maidenhead) location. The DC has been notified and is currently working on it. An ETA is not available, but we hope to restore connectivity ASAP.

We're closely monitoring the node for the past 2 hours and will update this announcement if we have any news. Performance is degraded, however the VMs should be accessible. Please excuse us for the inconvenience this may have caused.

06 January 2021, 05:03 - Node has been shutdown for hardware replacement. We're working to bring it back online ASAP.

06 January 2021, 07:32 - Work on this host node is still underway. The ETA remains ASAP.

Saturday, 23 May 2020, 01:01 - The servers are powered on and working fine. The issue seems to be network related. We have contacted the datacenter regarding this.

Friday, 22 May 2020, 22:01 - The node has crashed due to kernel panic and has been rebooted. The VMs should be up and running already. If you're experiencing any issues as a result of this incident, please do not hesitate to contact our support team via ticket.

Friday, 22 May 2020, 23:03 - To avoid further downtime due to kernel panic issues of this node, we are migrating all the VMs to a new node. We are using a special method to do the migrations so your VM gets offline only a few seconds during the migration.

Hardware issues on dalvz7highram32

We are having kernel panics due to hardware issues on dalvz7highram32. We are currently migrating the VPS's off this server.

Update 2020-04-27 01:27 AM: All the VPS's have been migrated off dalvz7highram32. Most of them were migrated live with a few seconds of downtime. A few of them were migrated with regular offline method with only a few minutes of downtime.
